Our Return/Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a product might just not be to your satisfaction and in those instances, we will gladly honor your return for a store credit (a store credit will not expire).


Returns will be accepted 7 days from tracked delivery date (shipping charges are non-refundable). Complete and return the Merchandise Return Form that is included with your purchase. Please note that the item must have internal labels and must be intact. Worn or used items will not be accepted.

Once the return has been approved, you will be emailed a confirmation that a store credit has been issued (a store credit will not expire).

Returns for a wrong item delivered or a damaged product will be accepted 7 days from tracked delivery date (shipping charges are non-refundable). Please email hello@mpressboutique.com and include your full name and order number for a refund and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account. Please note that refunds can take between 5 to 7 days to appear on your financial records. Also, payments to your account always depend on your financial institution.

Items purchased from Jewelry, Swimwear and Clearance Rack are final sale/clearance items. Returns will not be accepted.

Custom orders (e.g., Styling Services) are final sale. Returns will not be accepted.

Due to limited quantity and availability, we currently do not offer exchanges. Please reorder merchandise if available.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been delivered, stolen or damaged by USPS.
